Children’s Treehouse

347 22nd St., Ogden. Ages 7-14. Reopens June 1. No summer camps listed as of March 2021.

Ziegfeld Arts Academy

2440 E 6600 S, Uintah. Ages 6-18. Keep summer fun with our Summer Arts Camps! Each 2-week-long camp will include instruction in acting, dancing, music, visual arts and crafts and more. Perfect for the new or experienced artist. Each camp will culminate in three performances on stage at The Ziegfeld Theater in Ogden!

Eccles Art Center

2580 Jefferson Ave., Ogden. Ages 5 and up. They typically offer summer camps, but they’re not listed on the website yet. However, there are class options.

Ogden City

Various locations. Ages 3 and up.  Youth classes run in Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter sessions for 6-8 weeks with one class per week. These classes offer a variety of alternative after school activities for children ages 3 and up. The schedule for each session will vary,

The Local Artisan Collective

Variety of ages. We are excited to teach you, your family, and friends a variety of different art classes.  Our classes are taught by an artist in our community and are meant for all skill levels.  We love to teach you skills and have you explore and create as an artist. Summer camps not currently listed.

Utah Patriot Camp

Various locations. Elementary ages.Canceled until 2022. Utah Patriot Camp recognizes that for a glaringly large portion of our youth, true US history is lacking–particularly when it comes to the principles upon which this country was Founded.

Dinosaur Park

Ogden Nature Center

966 W 12th St., Ogden. Ages 2-16. Want your child to come to camp but need some financial assistance? Apply for a scholarship. Support from individuals and foundations has made it possible to reduce the fees and provide scholarships for summer camp this year. All applications are due by May 14th at 5:00pm. Submitting an application does not guarantee a scholarship. 

Science

Astro Camp

At Astro Camp, students will focus on science, technology, achievement, and research as they come together in teams to learn about leadership, conflict management, and communication. Overnight camps will also include advanced space mission simulations. The 2021 summer program will be held at DaVinci Academy of Science and the Arts in Ogden, UT. Registration and scholarship information can be found at douglassciencecenter.org or by emailing utahspacecenter@gmail.com. Camp programs will follow all local, state, and CDC recommendations for COVID safety policies.

Ninja Warehouse

3107 Wall Ave, Ogden. Ages 5-13. Our coaches will be teaching the techniques necessary to complete various obstacles and will be setting up new courses for students to conquer each day!  On top of the extreme Ninja Training, we will also be having team challenges, balance battles, grip challenges, parkour, fun games, free play time and so much more!

The Front Climbing Club

225 20th St, Ogden. Ages 6-13. Experience the fun and thrill of rock climbing in our beautiful indoor facility through our summer camp programs! Our camps are designed to create a supportive environment where kids can make friends, explore new skills, challenge themselves and build self-confidence. Each camp strives to provide a fun and educational experience to entertain and inspire today’s youth. We provide all necessary equipment as well as a camp souvenir and a daily snack.

90 N Main. Ages 5 and up. Bountiful Davis Art Center is dedicated to deepening and enhancing the experience of the arts for people of all ages, whether you’re an experienced artist or just starting out, BDAC offers art classes and workshops for everyone!

Bountiful Music

365 N Main St. Bountiful Music has private teaching studios located on the second floor of the music store. We have excellent instructors who teach voice, guitar, drums/percussion, woodwinds, brass, and other instruments.

Hands on Art 4 Everyone

There are 14 camps to choose from and each one will be taught be experienced teachers to give the students the best theatre education.

Science

Hill Aerospace Museum 

7961 Wardleigh Rd, Hill AFB. Ages 8 and up. Free STEM Summer Passport Program. The Hill Aerospace Museum Education Staff will teach classes in Astronomy, Electricity, C-130 Experience, Chemistry, Forces of Flight, Magnetics, Mission to Mars, Simple Machines, Rockets, and Weather the summer. Class times will vary with two classes each day. (Check the Museum Web page.) The classes will be open to youth at least eight years of age on a first come first served basis. Parents are encouraged to attend the classes with the kids.

My Gym of Layton, Children’s Fitness. 1978 N 1200 W. Ages 10 months to 11 years.

My Gym camp is simply the best! Children participate in energizing fitness games, themed fun, noncompetitive gymnastics, arts and crafts, music and so much more. Each camp program is uniquely designed to keep your children moving and active, as we emphasize physical development and personal success. Our themes and programs change daily, so no two camp days at My Gym are ever the same.

South Davis Recreation Center

Fun on the Farm

We provide a safe, supervised, family atmosphere for your kids. They will have busy days full of fun activities and get an old-fashioned fun on the farm experience.

University of Utah. Ages 6-14. Campus Camps and Pre-College at the U: all the camps and classes (robotics, arts, sciences, high school for-credit) within these programs will be moving fully online. REGISTRATION OPENS ONLINE ON MARCH 15 AT 9 AM. Registration for all Club U programs has been postponed until further notice.

Spy Hop

669 SW Temple, Salt Lake City. Ages 9-14. Spy Hop’s summer camps provide full-day workshop-style experiences that are jam-packed with opportunities for learning and creative self-expression for kids ages 9 to 14.

Music Together

Located in Sandy. Infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. A community of families sharing songs, instrument play, rhythm chants and movement activities in a relaxed, playful, nonperformance-oriented setting.

Camp Roger. YMCA

YMCA Camp Roger welcomes girls and boys ages 6 to 17, regardless of ethnic or religious backgrounds. The campers participate in traditional camp activities including arts and crafts, mountain bike riding, horseback riding, archery, team building, hiking and outdoor education.  These programs are designed to help campers who attends YMCA Camp Roger.

Camp Snowbird

Utah’s Hogle Zoo

Petersen Family Farm

11887 4000 W, Riverton. This summer, children ages 7 to 12, and 12+ will unlock a deep, innate connection to the land and animals with our two programs “Earth Smarts, and Goats”, or in “The Language of the Horse”. They’ll tune into the rhythms of the world around them. They’ll observe, connect, and discover. They’ll engage deeply with our team of goats and horses, and feel the power they have to create a deeper understanding. Summer here is an invitation to find a place in the living universe.

Red Butte Garden

Wonderbloom Nature Preschool

231 E 100 S, Salt Lake City. We are an urban, nature program in the middle of downtown Salt Lake to teach all children that nature is everywhere! We welcome children and families of all backgrounds and abilities.

Children will connect with each other and the world around them while becoming more confident to reach for their stars as they gain valuable skills that will stay with them, even when summer is gone. 

Hale Center Theater

225 400 N, Orem. Ages 6-14. So you want to be in a musical? Well, now’s your chance! In this camp, students will be given lines to memorize, dances and music to practice and perfect, and a chance to perform in a mini musical at the end of the month.

Utah Valley University

The PEAC

954 W 2600 N, Pleasant Grove. PEAC Summer Camps are designed for children AGES 3 to 7 years old. Each camp session runs for 2-1/2 hours each day for four days and includes time both in PEAC PLAY (upstairs on the athletic field) and PEAC PALS (outside and in the themed rooms on the main floor).

Swaner Preserve and Ecocenter

1258 Center Dr, Park City. Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter’s educational camp programs will inspire and fascinate your child through exploration and discovery about the natural world.  Swaner offers summer camps for rising Kindergarten through 8th grade students.  Campers should be enrolled based on what grade they will enter in Fall 2021.

Summit Community Gardens

4056 Shadow Mountain Dr, Park City. Starting June 7, children will learn about a different gardening theme each week with hands-on gardening activities – working in the garden, completing nature projects, learning about how plants grow, and having free time to play outside.

Basin Recreation

We offer many options to keep the kids busy when school is out of session. Our youth camps are organized by time of year and/or activity.
